Pentecostal. Serve over 34 prisons, 3 youth detention centers and five jails in Georgia and Florida.
Have opened a facility to house men exiting prison and assist them in their efforts to reclaim their lives through Christ. Have 45 acres of land and have built the first dorm. Now have residents in the 4280 sq. foot building. This part of the ministry is called "The Refuge of Hope".
Church services, special revivals, Bible studies, etc. Housing and spiritual guidance for inmates who have been paroled but have no place to go.

Prison revivals, seminars and Christian 12-Step Programs. They have been doing prison ministry for over 15 years. Started in Ohio and then in 1986 moved to Florida.
Also run an aftercare home called The Frank Bigelow Home. It is for new releasees and addicts.
An outreach ministry to inmates, inmate families, the homeless and downtrodden; those addicted to destructive lifestyles; and the local church. Conduct in-prison seminars, revivals, and crusades. Involved with a family support group, and have an aftercare home. Certified prison Fellowship Trainers.

Prison & Jail Outreach Center est 1987. Minister in the jails and prisons in south Florida. Hold Bible studies, support group meetings, chapel services, worship services, 300 men women and young people are saved through this ministry each month.
